Daily Duties at Patni Computer Systems:

Assigned to AT&T, promoted from role as Global Sourcing Program/Delivery Manager. Manager of onsite/offshore Business Analysts, Technical and QA resources, strategic planning, vendor relations, quality control, and cost/risk mitigation supporting PMO. Ensure seamless project delivery and achievement of client and cost targets for the business unit. Perform costing, budgeting and estimation of resource requirements. Evaluate, assess, and monitor deliverables in accordance to the service level agreements (SLA). Mitigate and manage escalations. Review and assess resource/staffing needs and utilization. Coordinate visa planning, resource rotation, and outsourcing. Perform and conduct performance appraisal and salary reviews. Monitor and track project schedules; author status reports outlining key project metrics for sponsors and stakeholders. Manage software application purchase contracts. Collaborate with software developers, software analysts, and QA analysts to enhance project life cycle modeling processes. Sustain optimal utilization/billability of resources in Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta, Seattle, San Ramon, and Dallas. Author, and design the employee/contractor account level handbook for various clients.
