Hired to resolve program management issues and improve program performance to enable the company re-bid on a new 5 year contract with the GSA. The contract is GITGO - GSA Information Technology Global Operations of $350M value for 5 years. Issues included risk backlog, complicated financial status dashboard, funding management, delayed invoicing and payments, un-met peroframnce requirement inseveral areas. and high staffing turn over and slow vacancy filling.
