Consulted with clients in pre- and post-sale process on specific production equipment, overall enterprise solution, and recommended workflows for traditional printing/document management products, as well as web to print & Variable Information solutions. Performed mainframe-to-printer configuration and connectivity and provided application/cost analysis and projected ROI. Trained clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and application use with Xerox and partner solutions; orchestrated third-party office product training across South U.S. region; processed expense reports/timesheets for third-party trainers. Completed work group revitalization training; effectively worked with all levels of management and operational staff. Stepped in as active manager for technical resources staff in three-state region during leadership absence.
