Daily Duties at 15th Supply Squadron:
Managed section and supervised 1 military and 5 civilian personnel. Responsible for daily operations of Customer Service, Demand Processing, and Bench Stock areas. Resolved customer complaints and recommended operational changes necessary to meet customer requirements. Monitored flow of 500 issue requests monthly. Monitored $25,000 in monthly Government Purchase Card purchases.
