Provides support to Field Office Chief and Industrial Security Representatives (ISR); creates and maintains local security databases and spreadsheets; tracks suspense actions; prepares monthly reports; assists ISRs with editing of correspondence to contractors; builds documentation sets for all In-Process facility folders; maintains office files and file plan; manages use and maintenance of 14 government vehicles; and serves as timekeeper.
