Daily Duties at Nationwide Credit, Inc.:
Recruited to establish and manage training programs for employees. Designed and implement training and evaluation processes and procedures. Oversighted for companywide efforts to identify high potential employees, and provide development in preparation for promotion opportunities. Partners closely with Human Resources Directors on succession planning by creating training programs designed to develop employees in preparation for promotion opportunities. Partners with Company Vice Presidents on establishing the training components for accomplishing company goals. Accountability for training budget.
