Daily Duties at Huawei Technologies:

Manage subvendors, site quality and customer’s acceptance of cell sites. Supervise and coordinate the activities of site engineers and take them through periodic workshops updating them on the client’s specifications. Technical data management Construction drawing review Coordination with construction management staff Manage Environmental, Health and Safety control management of cell sites. Learn and remain current on departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and client policies and procedures, and apply to assigned tasks as appropriate. Independently apply knowledge and comply with client quality program relative to assigned tasks. Support continuous improvement and change management efforts. Prepare a variety of moderately complex engineering deliverables. Perform complex research and develops recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Collect, assimilate, and manage data for engineering work. Prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles. Understand and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Recognizes, defines and resolves problems within assigned area. Provide direction and guidance to others. Assign tasks to and coordinate with other internal/external team members on projects. Initiate contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of the work. Actively seek to understand client interests and drivers through normal client contact and through interaction and communication with project leadership. Apply understanding of client interests and drivers to my behavior and performance of the work under my responsibility. Provide support to business development/pursuit activities. Share current knowledge of latest technology and processes. Assist with performance management process, mentoring, recognition, and any corrective actions required
