Daily Duties at M2 Technologies, Inc.:
I managed the R&D efforts at the University of Kentucky and Kansas State University. These R&D efforts included 35 M2 personnel, 25 University of Kentucky personnel and 90 Kansas State University personnel. Management responsibilities included personnel, operations, facilities, logistic support and administration. Additional responsibilities included: formulated strategies and plans for research; prepared action plans, budgets and allocation of resources; ordered new equipment to improve the standard of research; monitored the quality of work produced and ensured administrative support was proactive in supporting research operations. I briefed the Executive Branch, the DOD, Congressional officials and senior academic officials on the status and progress on these R&D efforts.
