Daily Duties at M2 Technologies, Inc.:
Management responsibilities included personnel, operations, facilities, logistic support and administration. Facilities management and logistic support included: business offices; warehouse and storage facilities; equipment to support the R&D efforts; coordinated logistic support for training range operations; and ensured logistic support was timely and appropriate for the R&D efforts in 3 separate locations. Additional responsibilities included: assured that the organization had a long-range strategy which achieved its mission, and toward which it made consistent and timely progress; represented the programs and point of view of M2 to government agencies, organizations, and the general public; established an effective management team, with appropriate provision for succession, was in place and maintained a climate which attracted, kept, and motivated a diverse staff of top quality employees. I briefed the Executive Branch, the DOD, Congressional officials and senior academic officials on the status and progress of these R&D efforts.
