Daily Duties at M2 Technologies, Inc.:
I manage the daily operations of 35 M2 personnel to include offices in Lexington, KY, Manhattan, KS and Stafford, VA and ensures that M2 provides timely and accurate program management, personnel management, logistic, and contract deliverable support to our government contract sponsors. Specific responsibilities include: the sound financial management of M2; maintaining a healty workng environment and ensuring sound policies and business procedures are in place and oversee the sales effort, sales innovations and strategic business development. I briefed the Executive Branch, the DOD, Congressional officials and senior academic officials on the status and progress of these R&D efforts.
