Daily Duties at Chubb Group Of Insurance Companies/Chubb & Son, Inc.:
Responsible for employee van pool scheduling. Manage the daily servicing operations for the Chubb Personal Lines Service Branch in Bridgewater. This includes stationary supplies, maintenance of all copiers, computers, and printers. Assist management with training and education computer application training with all branch staff members. Provide mailroom support. Request and Regulate all Personal Lines Forms for Homeowners, Personal Article Floater, Personal Auto, and Personal Lines Bundle Policies. Take regular site visits to our Regulatory Policy and Forms Warehouse. Assist in special projects assigned by management. Faciliate the assembly and distribution of all Personal Lines Policy Products. Retreive insurance policies for claim evaluation using microfilm and microfiche machines.
