Daily Duties at Jefferson Insurance Group:
Review open collection's subsidiary ledger, research and review unapplied cash, establishing working relationships with general agents, identify any outstanding personal or commerical premium receivables, review bordereau accounts. Provide onsite education in the workplace for targeted employees with all microsoft applications such as word, excel, powerpoint and access inaddition lotus. Daily communication with brokers via phone, fax and email. I was the go to guy to help bring fellow employees current with computer applications.
