Daily Duties at American International Group:
Assist management with all internal office audit evaluations keeping Sarban Oxely compliance. Assist our credit risk department with account evalutions and schedule meetings accordingly. Work with our SWAT and Dispute Resolution Team to problem solve and resolve troubled accounts. Assist management in preparing for broker and client's visits. Provide service to all Professional Servicing Organizations such as Gevity, ADP Totalsource, Administaff on all program adjustments and collateral reviews. Assist management with any projects needed to assist our legal and bankruptcy department. Managed and scheduled all profile meetings to help RSCs and management to reconcile problem accounts to resolution.
