Tracking and maintaining the database for all service requests from the information systems department and tracking all capital expenditures of computer equipment for budgetary purposes. Communications Clerk for the Network Services department, in this capacity my responsibilities were controlling and directing the Network Service Technicians to perform installations and repairs of all networked computer systems.
