Led all public relations functions and activities. Served as Senior Editor, Writer, Photographer, and Graphic Designer for monthly 4-color environmental magazine, and as Video Producer for world’s largest Superfund Site. Produced and edited video documentaries. Wrote technical articles for external publications. Developed community relations programs involving sensitive environmental issues. Administered $750K annual budget.
