Daily Duties at In Tek Rity.Com:

Waterfall, Agile, Scrum project manager for all project management clients. Responsibilities vary from client to client and, as of this writing, I am currently completing three disparate internet technology projects.

On a typical project I do the following:
 Document the project scope;
 Conduct project planning using MS Project and other tools;
 Write the technical specifications for the project;
 Conduct the team selection process, budget negotiations, timeline planning, and adjustment of scope and product backlog until the project management function is completed;
 Budget management;
 Resource management;
 Issues management;
 Change control management;
 Weekly status report;
 Conduct daily scrum meetings;
 Deal with production issues and impediments daily;
 Monthly steering communication/presentations;
 Manage the development team;
 Manage/groom product backlog;
 Work with other PM's (offshore development team, in-house marketing team);
 Released code into production;
 Interact with Sr. Management and Managing Directors;
 Manage both onsite and remotely;
 Work on initiatives;
 Track velocity;
 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly comparative burn-down charts complete with detailed analysis reports on the same for the Product Owner and Stakeholders;
 Keep track of weekly spend and report on any variations in the same;
 Plan two future releases/upgrades of the product to keep the product ahead of its competitors in the marketplace;
 Prioritize the backlog;
 Manage and track issues;
and  Anticipate issues and guide the project through the adjustment of scope and product backlog until the product is delivered as contracted; and  Conduct after delivery product satisfaction testing and initiate support systems.

Separately, as Director of Technology I also oversee all IT infrastructure, web application, mobile application, and SEO projects.

I also have extensive onshore development as well as multi-national outsourcing experience.
