Selected as Software Test Lead Engineer on GMDSim (Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) Simulation). GMDSim is a “plug and play” simulation representing the tactical GMD system. Most recently, managed system software test of build 2.2.2 in support of transition to the GMD DSC (Development and Sustainment Contract), DSC implemented a paradigm shift from the waterfall software life cycle approach to Agile/Scrum software development practices. * Supervised Verification Team of 16 Analysts in performance of System Formal Qualification Test (FQT) effort for multiple GMDSim builds across software test labs in Anaheim and Huntsville in preparation for GMD Technical Assessment (TA) and Technical Performance Measure (TPM) accreditation. * Supported formal software Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and Software Release Reviews (SRRs) . * Authored documentation updates for: Software Requirements Specification, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Software Test Plans, Software Test Descriptions and Software Test Reports * Supported GMDSim Team Meetings, Verification Team Meetings, Customer Coordination Meetings, and Software Peer Reviews.
