Daily Duties at Aimco:

•Oversee the development of the positioning strategy for future multi-family development projects and approve all marketing initiatives using, TRP’s, DMA/sub market segmentation analysis, consumer profiles and Nielsen audience data •Forecast P&L performance and profitability of future development projects using market demographics and economic indicators to define the markets key performance metrics and target audience •Evaluate the P&L performance and key economic indicators of each potential acquisition to determine the optimal debt structure and capital financing using weighted average cost of capital and industry cap rates •Analyze the profit impacts of each multi-family redevelopment project to proactively identify/manage forecast variances and anticipate capital needs •Develop a capital management strategy to centralize capital FP&A, and oversee the ROI/IRR analysis to achieve desired return on capital reinvestment
