Daily Duties at Yum! Brands:
Partner with Regional VP of Operations and up to 15 Operational Leaders to align and drive functional human resources initiatives for a $250M business unit at 200+ company locations, over 2 states, for 3,000+ employees. Direct 1 Staffing Leader, 1 Operational Trainer, and an Employee Relations Manager for regional employee relations, staffing, and training initiatives along with executional outcomes. Aligned strategically as trusted advisor with leadership team on the execution of HR processes including talent management, compensation reviews, performance management cycle, Employee Relations/Network issues
