Daily Duties at At&T:

•Oversee all aspects of mission-critical 24x7 computer hosting operations department, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support teams •Develop, implement and deliver the processes and procedures required to maintain compliance with customer SLA •Responsible for implementation and reporting on significant operations metrics to executives •Successfully integrated new customer accounts and production releases into the existing managed services infrastructure •Established, maintained, and delivered to internal department OLAs, which included liaising with all support tier owners and customer account management
