Coached and counseled individuals in order to improve Member Service performance, and assisted them with navigating the companies various computer systems. Conducted bi-weekly calibration sessions with representatives and management to offer feedback to representative’s for further growth. Listened to Member Service representative’s phone calls and scored them in accordance with company quality standards. Reviewed Complaints Appeals and Grievance files and rated them to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
