Information Systems Projects Coordinator (Aug 1995 – Apr 1997) • Managed development/implementation of Data Warehouse on SPARC Enterprise 5000 under Sybase, interfacing with Cognos. • Managed Cable TV billing system analysis and subsequent conversion from a Tandem mainframe to a UNIX based Client Server environment in an effort to integrate Paragon Cable’s billing system with Time Warner Cable’s. MIS Supervisor and Projects Coordinator (May 1990 – Aug 1995) • Supervised six full time & four part time operators as part of a 24 x 365 day per year Tandem, VAX, PC environment. • Maintained Cable Data customer billing system, incorporating all service and rate changes into system; developed management & operations reports. Performed analysis to optimize our online and batch Tandem environment.
