Consultant - Compliance Analyst in Asset Management (October, 2011 – February, 2012) • Successfully completed 2011 OCC mandated client account reviews, which involved creation of a new account review process, creating a tracking system in Excel, creating weekly status reports for management while closing out any issues to achieve CPM/PM signoff. Used 2011 Model for 2012 initiation, enveloping use of Beacon system as integrated tool. Test Lead in Core Processing Program Management Office, Associate (May, 2010 – October, 2011) • Successfully managed the deployment and testing of code remediation required to support migration of the European Prime Brokerage and Broker Dealer client base formerly papered through the J.P. Morgan Markets Limited (JPMML) entity to the 'new' J.P. Morgan Securities Limited (JPMSL) entity, now setup as a banking entity. Involved regular interaction with Operations, PMO team and Application Managers for nearly 80 applications. • Peripherally to JPMSL, managed efforts for Cazenove corporate options business and US Domestic and International Prime Custody businesses to on-time deliveries, enabling business to seamlessly transition to the modified platforms. • Perform Issue Management for Core Processing team by screening, tracking and escalating issues based on impact, using Mercury Quality Central and meeting regularly with business testers and technology groups to reach resolution. • Manage performance improvement initiative for scheduled Production batch jobs to exceed SLAs for PCWS Integration. Program Control Office (PCO) Portfolio Manager, Associate (Nov 2008 – May 2010) • Successfully managed February, 2010 Options industry mandated OSI implementation to convert all JPM systems to comply with new options symbology structure, which impacted twelve lines of business, multiple technology, operations and client support areas within the firm, and eight Exchanges; taking approximately eighteen months of preparation. • Managed tracking of 77 application suites requiring OSI remediation and other peripheral programs and files. • Documented Weekly OSI Meeting Minutes and posted all key company and industry information (test plans, scripts, and guides), while capturing, coordinating and tracking items to closure. • Functioned as key contact for all JPM Operations testing and implementation for OSI. Entailed regular communication with the Operations team tasked with ensuring all OSI impacted changes to applications, systems and files were successfully tested with all upstream and downstream consumers, including the OCC and the various Options Exchanges. • Created monthly Mission Critical Reports for Senior Corporate and IB Tech Management to depict current status, issues and key financial information for several CTO areas required to report at this level, including Platform Integration and SRP. • Supported five CTO areas in the IB, assisting in JPM SDLC best practice compliance to facilitate consistent program /project and financial reporting and communication. Utilized Clarity, Business Objects, PAR db & reporting tools. Senior Project Manager, Associate Director; Bear Stearns, Inc. a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase (Oct 2005 – Oct 2008) • Managed variety of merger activities with JP Morgan to assist with tracking applications to be retained or decommissioned. • Managed implementation of $70M+ Calypso derivatives trading system implementation from project initiation through development, parallel and production phases. • Managed Calypso implementation of Equity Derivatives development, tracking and management using Mercury Quality Center, MS Project, Niku Workbench and HP PPM for a variety of project initiatives. • Part of successful Equities Derivative launch of North American Structured Equities products. • Consistently and effectively document Calypso Business Heads and Back Office Meeting Minutes. • Worked with Middle Office staffs to ensure Calypso requirements met and where not, that bugs were tracked in Mercury QC. • Assist in creation of management timelines, presentations and hardware, process flow and infrastructure level diagrams. • Functioned as liaison between PMO and Structured Equity Project Managers, ensuring compliance with SDLC process.
