Daily Duties at Sun Gard:
Steady increase of responsibilities spanning 14 years from Programmer / Analyst to Director. As Director of Product Support I was responsible for the relationship management of 3 SunGard clients (JP Morgan Chase, The Northern Trust, Atlantic) with annual revenues of $8M including oversight of day to day support, client funded development, invoicing, strategic development initiatives, system and application support.
