Daily Duties at United States Air Force:

Organize and conduct programs to recruit sufficient personnel to satisfy requirement of the United States Air Force officer and enlisted professions. Supervise recruiting activities. Develop and maintain market data, and allocate recruiting goals. Collect and monitor production reports of recruiting activities. Provide management assistance in support of all recruiting programs. Assist in policy development and ensure timely implementation of process and procedural changes. Presents Air Force orientations and conducts in-person presentations to civic, social, educational, and student organizations. Develop/execute publicity programs. Plan and direct sales promotional projects using media including direct mail, press, radio, and television presentations. Develop community relations programs. Assist in planning and participate in special events such as state and municipal ceremonies, regional Airshow demonstrations, exhibits, fairs, parades, centennials, and sporting events. Establish and maintain contact with high school, college, business, and industry officials to enhance the prestige of the Air Force in the community.
