Daily Duties at Comcast Cable:
Managed team of up to 11 first level supervisors and 25 front line agents in combined billing, repair, and retention call center operation. Assist with development of project plan to determine feasibility of Corporate Leadership Team's virtual call center strategy. Senior project lead for execution of virtual project plan and responsible for deployment and management of virtual team through 12 month feasibility study. Responsible for documentation of system architecture, recruiting, selection, training, deployment and operational support phases of new virtual center. Managed technical operations for company's first 250 person virtual call center program. Conduct daily coaching/feedback sessions to improve individual and team performance to achieve individual/team/department goals. Conduct peer review sessions to share best practices and assist in achieving department goals and objectives.
