Managed and executed leasing and zoning activities for all aspects of site target assignment to building permit for new cell site builds. Successfully negotiated expedited zoning and planning approvals, avoiding costly planning processes and hearings. Developed productive and long-term working relationships with key government consultants, officials, and employees to insure quality site acquisition, process efficiencies and timely cell site development.
