Daily Duties at At&T:
Directed internal project and external vendor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Managed IT systems support, development and enhancement initiatives for the Network Real Estate lease administration system with an average monthly rental disbursement of $90M. Established and managed the first business intelligence reporting team responsible for requisition intake, translation and delivery. Instituted and managed the full lifecycle reporting intake and development process. Provided direct oversight and managed assessments of Sarbanes Oxley processes and compliance for Network Real Estate consistently achieving 100% compliance.
