Daily Duties at At&T:

Successfully initiated and directed multiple highly complex, technical programs and projects ranging from IT system development/enhancements, data integrity assurance programs, to business operations re-engineering and process improvements for wireless finance, engineering and real estate groups. Lead the transformation and translation of conceptualized initiatives into automated business tools and functions. Recruited, assembled and managed program and project teams and identified and engaged appropriate resources to successfully deliver projects on time and under budget, while achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Full Life Cycle Project Management; initiation and design, capital procurement, project plan development/communication, project execution and project close-out. Negotiated RFP’s, awarded contracts, selected and managed vendors.
