• Office Manager for medical group • Manage all scheduling of patients, seminars and events • Manage all insurance claims and payment disputes, private as well as Workers’ Compensation claims. • Process checks and cash payments • Manage all billing to insurance carriers, and collected delinquent accounts • Accounts Payable and Receivable • Manage all HR responsibilities including hiring receptionists and office staff personnel, as well as training. • Filing when necessary as well as answering telephone calls • Excellent costumer service to patients
