Daily Duties at Comcast Cable:
Manage team as large as 15 supervisors responsible for performance of 12-16 team members. Manage strategic planning, technical operations and technical support for 350 person remote call center. Responsible for operation and performance of internal and external customer escalation help desk. Support continuous improvement in operations and performance through program management activities across all departments. Implemented coaching mechanisms to improve individual/team performance in sales operations, billing & collections support and customer experience metrics. Managed planning, development and implementation of local/divisional customer service initiatives. Coordinated internal operations efforts to support delivery of Corp./Divisional marketing and engineering plans. Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling and performance goals to exceed service level requirements. Monitor expense and budget processes within parameters to exceed business unit financial goals.
