Daily Duties at Comcast Cable:
Simultaneously managed as many as 5 key technical system enhancements and performance/process improvement projects to increase system availability and operational effectiveness of 400 person remotely operated call center. Led daily program/project activities of up to 20 1st and 2nd level leaders responsible for performance and operation of 375 front-line employees across CA. Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems, structures and improved tools. Performed detailed analysis of employee performance/operational data to propose/test/implement enhancements to performance and internal/external customer operations. Responsible for maintaining details project plan to grow Virtual Call Center operation to meet annual Corporate/Division revenue, performance, quality goals. Perform operational doctrine review to support continuous improvement and change management requirements for operational, technical security, legal, and employee compliance. Conduct Virtual Operations Center best practice reviews with Corp./Div. cross-functional partners to support and develop growth objectives and standardization of virtual operations across Divisions. Manage onboarding, training, development and knowledge transfer to new team members.
