Daily Duties at Rpm Mortgage:
• Discuss with prospective clients about different available loans • Perform mortgage calculations (debt ratio, income, loan-to-value ratio) • Provide excellent customer service to the Borrowers and the Branch at each stage in the process • Review new files, credit approvals and conditions needed within 24 hours of receipt from the Underwriter • Schedule and follow up on Appraisal and Escrow/Title and review when received • Order loan documents for signing • Prepare loans for funding • Coordinate closings with the Account Executive and Escrow Agent • Ensure that all closing conditions are satisfied prior to funding • Interact with costumers • Quote best interest rates at the time • Coordinate the signing of papers with Notary Public • Desktop Underwriter, Loan Prospector, Calyx Point software
