Daily Duties at Sorin Group, Inc.:

Quality System Inspector (QSI): conducted objective audits for adherence to procedures, generating quality related paperwork, and maintaining quality data and standards; identified and assisted in correcting problems with existing procedures and processes.; helped clarify and improve manufacturing operating procedures (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), leading to the decrease of scraps and customers’ complaints; worked with quality engineer to establish and maintain records, develop data formats and tracking systems which were used in on-going audits and inspection processes; collected, analyzed, and issued monthly reports on nonconforming product reports (NPRs), customers complaints, and various internal audits.
