Daily Duties at Group Health Cooperative:
Supervising Clinical Staff, Leading LEAN Based Improvement work, Managing day to day operations of 3rd largest Mental Health Clinic at GHC. Oversight of $3.4 million budget, clinical quality, and affordability process and outcomes. Significantly improved Clinic performance in areas of Affordability, Quality and Staff Engagement through LEAN Projects. Presented Clinic's Visual System at the Jan 2010 Group Health Leadership Conference and 2009 Fall Forum. Work closely with local leadership to develop integrated care models for collaboration between Primary Care and Behavioral Health Services. Served as interim District Manager for second largest Clinic in the Department Tacoma Behavioral Health Services Sept 2010-April 2011. Hired new District Manager and replaced Psychiatry Chief while bringing team into compliance with quality and affordability targets. Added oversight of over $4 million in personnel and operational budget.
