Daily Duties at Group Health Cooperative :
Leads & directs managers at multiple Behavioral Health Services clinics within a geographic region; manages the contracted care network in that region. Assures that the quality of care, service and financial performance of the Internal Delivery System & Contracted Network meet or exceed standards and goals. Collaborates with the Behavioral Health Servies Leadership team to design, implement and administer quality assessment goals, personnel policies, procedures & standards of care; participates in the development oflong-range service planning objectives. Represents BHS at the regional medical delivery system design and performance meetings. Supervise District Managers of Behavioral Health Services in Tacoma, Olympia and Bremerton. Lead the Department Quality of Care Committee, led the Department annual staff evaluation/ calibration process for BHS, represent the department at the Joint Labor, Union, Management Conference Committee for SWEA union and Labor Relations. Budget oversight of $8 million. Work closely with local primary care leadership to develop increasing levels of integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care services.
