Managed $13-million portfolio of global health grants and cooperative agreements from pre-award through post-award—monitored program budgets, tracked grantee expenditures, collected and compiled program statistics, developed performance measures and consolidated program performance reports for senior management. Provided fiscal oversight of grants, cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements, reviewed and evaluated recipient progress and performance, and established monitoring and tracking systems. Updated program website and developed program communications and outreach materials. Worked one-on-one with applicants and cross-functionally with other agency staff through the Technical Advisory Group.
