Provided program management expertise and support, performing quality control, risk management and communication management in the execution of day-to-day-functions, planning and implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO). Managed and maintained project artifacts and program archives using Documentum and coordinated records management and user access. Monitored project schedule and maintained project work plan. Facilitated deliverable development, review and revision process, incorporating stakeholder feedback. Supported program outreach and collaboration activities with external agencies.
