Daily Duties at Kelly Services:

Managed $13.5-million and $7-million program operating and award budgets. Maintained oversight of program operations, budgets and awards including formulating budget projections, monitoring program expenditures, awarding and tracking funding, approving invoices and managing acquisitions, and providing fiscal oversight to awards and contracts. Worked cross-functionally with management and staff to compile, analyze, develop and submit program and statistical reports information. Coordinated application reviews with the Technical Merit Review Committee, supported the Evaluation Working Group, and organized Evaluation Special Interest Group meetings. Monitored staff workloads and coordinated proposal reviews, delegated tasks and assigned deadlines, evaluated written summaries, and generated status and performance reports. Provided technical support expertise to program applicants, reviewed applicant proposals and budgets, evaluated applicant responses, and developed written technical review summaries of proposals. Managed FileMaker Pro project database, coordinating upgrades and improvements with vendor, conceptualizing database modules and planning additional features for management of program-related data.
