As Divisional Director of Administration, I was responsible for the overseeing of 5 Records Management Centers in Florida, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Argentina. Orlando approximately 30 employees, Miami approximately 25 employees, Argentina approximately 50 employees, Puerto Rico approximately 20 employees, Mexico approximately 40 employees. The budgets ranged from $800K to $2M for different years and different centers. Performed financial due diligence, trained/coached managers/supervisors and staff on company policies and procedures, Reviewed the regional financial statements with the COO's and Director of Operations for their respective area of responsibility, created and implemented Divisional policies, travel to 11 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Argentina to meet with regional management team to discuss issues and to provide solutions, performed investigations for missing or stolen money.
