Daily Duties at Cargill Value Added Meats:
• Manage storeroom inventory of repair parts and supplies • Manage IT, one planner, 2nd shift superintendent, refrigeration supervisor, purchasing and first shift supervisor. Recently added engineering intern and engineering associate • Manage and supervise 22 hourly personnel in maintenance, 4 people in the storeroom and 4 people in refrigeration on all three shifts • Provide technical assistance to all shifts • Monitor and implement preventative maintenance programs and repairs
