Daily Duties at Cbre, Inc.:
• Assist office staff. • Send building notices for maintenance work. • Perform Move In and Move Out process for tenants. • Make contracts for work between vendors and CBRE, Inc. • Accounts Payable on PayPlus. • Maintain contract and tenant lease files. • Notary Public. • Maintain certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants. • Greet clients and customers on the phone and in person. • Coordinate and participate in annual fire drill training and fire drills for 3 office high rise buildings. • Create work orders as well as make reservations for building conference rooms in Angus and Axis Portal System
