Daily Duties at El Dorado Ranch:
Command 300 employees in development of two resorts (including a five-star Wyndham hotel) with more than 10K owners and budgets up to $7M. Oversee all operations for both resorts comprised of 18-hole championship golf courses, restaurants, pools, tennis courts, spas, fitness centers, condos, and private residences. Collaborate with cross-functional resort employees spanning administration, maintenance, emergency services, and human resources to maintain unity in pursing company objectives.
