Daily Duties at Washington's Lottery:
Managage record retention in paper and electronic form. Provide assistance employees regarding records management, disposal of transitory document and monitor e-mail clean-up. Coordinate records storage with the state records center and provide assistance for retrieval of stored records upon request. Manage records disposal based on retention schedules and coordinate document disposal with the state records center. Position advocates proper records management in all department functions
