Daily Duties at Lowes Home Improvement:
Maitaining sales on a monthly and weekly,daily bases. Making sure that my Sales specialist are on track with there sales. Coaching on a daily bases. Making sure that the store is making plan, either on Instals sales and Special order sales and commercial sales. Embracing the team with weekly incentive and monthly awards, for the highest sales specialist over plan and goal from last year. I always make this exciting and making sure that the team is driven and inspiired anyway possible.
