Daily Duties at Kohls Departmental Stores:
Is running the daily operation of a store. It is giving exceptional customer service delivering exceptional result and mantaining the Kohls standard. Coaching and mentoring and guiding the associates to the highest level possible. Resposible and maitaining all areas, 4 wall accountablity. Perform the essential duties outlined in the store, ability to take control, be able to lift and carry merchandise, packing and stacking freight in it's desired location. Productivity by off loading freight in a timely manner, be able to get set done in the alloted time frame. Payroll is the largest contributing factor, making sure, that these numbers are met daily weekly and monthly with no exceptions. Controlling freight damages to a minimum. Develops and executes growth plans in a defined geographic region that includes developing new dealers with existing distributors and developing new distributors in targeted areas. distributors marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training Maintains and develops relationships with existing accounts. Negotiates prices and terms of saSets account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis. sales and service agreements. Lead teams of up to 150 employees, including Area Supervisors, Department Supervisors, and Hourly Associates. HR operations, including allocation of staff hours/payroll
