Daily Duties at Irvine Campus Housing Authority :
Responsible: for the over site of facility management and maintenance of: 3 apartments projects including the on going maintenance as well as capital improvements, and apartment and common area renovations for 620 condo exteriors and their common areas, 600 plus private home common areas including 4 pools and 2 tennis courts, 2 basket courts, 1 soccer field/ baseball field. Administration responsibilities included: capital budget preparation and operational budget preparation, induction, negotiation, and implementation of contractor on site projects. Maintaining of custodial supplies, maintenance repair supplies and equipment. Recruitment of day to day vendor relations and capital improvements, and tenant improvements. Supervisory responsibilities, all on site contractors, vendors, and maintenance and custodial staff. Including their recruitment training and day to day duties.
