Daily Duties at State Farm:

• Responsible for educating business partners on security policies and assist them in taking prompt action to report and eliminate unsafe or unsecured conditions. • Assisted in developing disaster contingency plan for Dallas Operations Center. • Worked with public affairs department to inform unit members on issues facing the insurance legislation in Texas. • Took lead role in organizing and motivating employees to increase productivity. • Developed new spreadsheets and reporting plan to help organize our Operations Center to list all materials and vehicles we use so we are in compliance with OSHA and TXDOT procedures. • Implemented new security system and camera’s to insure overall safety in and around the Operations Center. • Responsible for safety and security at all service centers between El Paso, Texarkana, Waco and Amarillo. • Trained all new employees, regardless of title and/or department, on Operations SOP and gave tours of our 100,000 square foot facility so they know where all department, areas, and safety routes to evacuate building in case of emergency.
