Daily Duties at Spartan Staffing:

• Oversees all internal office activities required to provide clients with the highest level of service, including but not limited to recruiting, evaluating, supervising and placement of assignment employees. • Handle collections, bookkeeping, advertising, HR functions, and P&L’s. • Assists sales effort through continual contact with existing customers and re-development of relationships with inactive customers through visits and telemarketing. • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow. Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. • Manages the daily operations of the branch and its assignment employees. • Developed sales plan, organized new sales territories and developed sales binders to better help follow-up to ensure sales success. • Established new contacts while closing business by leveraging consultative selling, training and unparalleled customer service.
