Daily Duties at Clp Resources:

• Ensured sales growth by aggressive personnel selling to the current customer base, developing premium level customers and providing strong customer retention levels through effective execution of strategic sales and marketing plans. • Direct all office level administrative duties while ensuring SOP integrity, including managing field employee payroll, maintaining employee personnel records and office records. • Monitor controllable SG&A expenses including advertising, entertainment, marketing, reimbursable expenses and supplies. • Consults with management to prepare staffing budgets, projections, and employment policies, procedures, and practices. • Building rapport through relating with potential customers, discovering their needs and advocating our service’s benefits/value to their business. • On-site management of Art, Jewelry, and Antique Shows in Palm Beach and Dallas in 2009 through 2011 for different clients. • Developed marketing plan and operational procedures to secure long term client relationships. • Grew new vertical markets by building strong relationships with institutions and trade shows. • Trained support staff to compliment sales force. • Cut total overhead expenditures by 15% adding to positive NOI monthly.
